Job Purpose
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Lead Consultant / Chief Executive. This role ensures efficient office operations, manages Lead Consultant / Chief Executive schedules, handles confidential correspondence, and coordinates key projects, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic and client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Lead Consultant / Chief Executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain and organize office records, contracts, and project documentation.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Assist in research and information gathering for consulting projects and business development.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of executive-level administrative experience (preferably in consulting or professional services).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Organizational skills:- a strong ability to be organized, keep a clear head and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files.
- Strong leadership and office management skills,

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
